11th Annual Sound Shore
St. Patrick's Day Parade
on Mamaroneck Ave
Grand Marshal, Chance Mullen
Cead Mile Failte
A “hundred thousand welcomes”

The focus of the parade is to promote Irish heritage and the American Immigrant Experience in the Sound Shore Community and to provide college scholarships to local students. Our goal each year will be to produce a quality family event that celebrates the great contributions of Irish and other American Immigrant Heritage in the Sound Shore area.
All are welcome to attend the parade. We hope to see everyone lined up and down Mamaroneck Avenue to cheer on our bands, marchers, and heroes.
Slainte!
- Sound Shore St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee
Our celebration was hosted by the Soundshore St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee to honor the spirit of the Carey Cup’s mission to promote sportsmanship and goodwill through friendly competition between the US and Irish golf teams.

The video montage was assembled by US Team member Mark Costanza’s sister, Vanessa Ridder, our official liaison with the Carey Cup organizers. (she’s very proud of her little brother who, as you know, is MGA player of the year for the 3rd time!)

The Parade committee was delighted to have the opportunity to toast the members of both US and Irish teams at Sherwood’s… what a terrific event!
Annual Scholarship
Over $55,000 in scholarships has been awarded in a tradition that began with the first Sound Shore St. Patrick's Day Parade. "Our aim has always been two things”, said Parade President Joe Mauro, “To organize a great parade event for the Sound Shore community and provide for scholarships for deserving students. We’re grateful for the opportunity to make a small difference in these admirable young people’s lives.”
